The ALI Notebook No. 6 - Volume No. 28 by ALI editions.On Friday 16 October, the wonderful volume “History of Xylography in Italy in the 20th century” by Gianfranco Schialvino (artist, critic and founder of the Nuova Xilografia movement in the nineties) was presented.  This is ALI Notebooks No. 6 - Publication No. 28 by ALI editions, this time in collaboration with Pendragon Editions of Bologna, 512 color pages, 482 biographical cards of woodcutters, 474 illustrations and 1700 cited artists.

ALI per Franco Maria Ricci: woodcuts on bamboo paper at the Labyrinth, 2020.

Six of my works printed on bamboo paper on show.

Twenty ALI engravers made 71 woodcuts printed on bamboo paper from the Labyrinth Estate for the Labyrinth Collection. The works, at the end of the exhibition, will remain part of Franco Maria Ricci collection at the Labyrinth. The artists who experienced for the first time the potential of the new bamboo paper are: Maria Agata Amato; Mario Benedetto; Filippo Boni; Isabella Branella; Aldo Burattoni; Ezio Camorani; Fausto De Marinis; Stefano Devoti; Valeria Di Tommaso; Pilar Dominguez; Anna Ferrarini; Edoardo Fontana; Stefano Grasselli; Paolo Graziani; Raffaello Margheri; Nella Piantà; Daniela Savini; Annamaria Stanghellini; Laura Stor; Tiziana Talamini; Gianni Verna.

During the 25th edition of Scripta - Mostra e Mercato del Libro Antico e di Pregio, on Saturday 24th October in Crema, the exhibition of prints by ALI artists on the theme Between Dream and Reality will be opened.  On the occasion, the annual volume ALI n. 29, with 288 color pages will be presented at Sant'Agostino Cultural Center,  Agello exhibition gallery.
